The Midwestern Association of Plastic Surgeons (MAPS) includes members practicing Plastic Surgery in the States of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

Active Member - $150.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Active members are required to be certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Active members are required to pay annual dues, have the right to vote at all meetings and are eligible to hold office in the Association.

Candidate Membership - $75.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Candidate members are practicing Plastic Surgeons who are eligible to take the certification examination by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Candidate members are required to pay annual dues but are not permitted to vote or hold office.

Retired - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Retired members are required to be retired from an active practice of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. They are not required to pay annual dues and they are not permitted to vote or hold office.

Trainee - Free Subscription period: 1 year, on: March 1st No automatically recurring payments Trainee members are Medical Students, Residents, and Fellows.

Medical students with an interest in Plastic Surgery are required to provide a letter of recommendation from an Active or Retired MAPS member. Students are not required to pay dues and are not permitted to vote or hold office.
Residents/Fellows must be in an ABPS approved Plastic Surgery Residency Program or Fellowship. Members must request a letter from their residency Program Director for consideration of trainee membership privileges. Residents/Fellows are not required to pay dues and are not permitted to vote or hold office.
